Varun Sharma

Varun Sharma is an experienced professional in sports development and management, currently serving as the Head of Sports Development at Dani Sports Foundation since December 2023. Prior to this role, Varun held positions as a Senior Consultant at EY from October 2021 to December 2023 and as Manager (Zone) for Khelo India at the Sports Authority of India from November 2018 to October 2021. Varun's career also includes positions as Business Manager at goAktive and Sportseed, and Wealth Manager at ICICI Bank. Early experience includes roles as Assistant Event Manager at Rishi Narain Golf Management and Team Lead at TCS e-Serve International Ltd. Varun holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Management from the Naval Tata Centre of Excellence, as well as an MBA in Finance and International Business from Symbiosis Institute and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
