Ayako Kurauchi

Ayako Kurauchi is currently the Managing Director in Japan for ELPRO Global, a technology solution provider in the pharmaceuticals industry since January 2024. Concurrently, Ayako serves as the Business Development Director at La Frozonte, where the focus is on insights and solutions in the Pharmaceutical, Life Science, and Technology sectors. Previous roles include National Sales Manager at Envirotainer, achieving significant impact in the cold chain industry, and Regional Sales Manager at Alltech, where top sales achievements were noted. Additional experience includes positions in quality assessment, key account management, clinical research, and market development, with a strong foundation in applied biological chemistry obtained from Utsunomiya University.
