Mansi Sharma is currently the Head of Growth and Marketing at ELSA, Corp, a Google and UOB backed AI startup focused on enhancing English communication globally. Mansi has held significant leadership positions in various organizations, including serving as VP of Growth Marketing at MyFitnessPal, where Mansi built growth marketing capabilities and significantly improved user engagement and marketing contributions. Prior experience includes directing user acquisition and creative efforts at Rakuten Viki, managing performance marketing at Uber, leading media trading operations at CtrlShift, and working as an online product manager at MakeMyTrip.com. Mansi also has a background as a relationship manager at Google, overseeing a multi-million portfolio and implementing revenue strategies. Mansi holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian School of Business and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mathematics from Hansraj College.
