Christophe Musset

Christophe Musset is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in organizational transformation and leadership within the healthcare and finance sectors. Currently, Christophe serves as a Member of the Executive Committee and Director of Transformation at ELSAN, the leading private hospital group in France, since October 2016. Prior to this role, Christophe held various leadership positions including Director of Organisation Change & Effectiveness at Aviva France, Director of Finance Systems Operations & Transformation at Friends Life Group, Chief Operating Officer at AXA Group Solutions, and Head of Finance Systems & Projects at AXA UK. Earlier career experience includes a Senior Manager role at Accenture and a Manager position at Ernst & Young. Christophe's educational background includes an MSc from HEC Paris, an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech, and executive finance training from IMD.
