Hugo Douilly

Hugo Douilly joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2021.

Hugo holds a maîtrise in business law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France) as well as a Master’s degree in finance and banking law from the same university. He also holds an LLM in European banking and financial law from the University of Luxembourg.
