Vijay Gupta

Vijay Gupta is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and communication strategies across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as the Category Head for Male Grooming at Emami Ltd since June 2023, Vijay is responsible for leading the Fair and Handsome brand portfolio and developing comprehensive marketing strategies. Prior to this role, Vijay revitalized a 50-year-old Ayurvedic personal care brand at Cholayil Private Limited as a Sr. Brand Manager. Vijay's expertise also includes a tenure as Associate Vice President at Leo Burnett, where communication strategies were executed for major clients such as Star Plus and Amazon Prime Video. As a Brand Services Director at McCann Worldgroup, Vijay managed strategic and creative communication for prominent brands including Asian Paints and Bosch. Earlier career highlights include significant roles at FCB India, where strategic marketing communication was directed for well-known brands like ICICI Bank and Amul, and at McCann Worldgroup as a Senior Project Manager. Vijay holds an MBA in Marketing from GLS University.
