Sara Alawadhi

Sara Alawadhi possesses extensive experience in talent development and Emiratization initiatives, currently serving as Manager of the Emiratization Program at emaratech. Prior roles at Dubai World Trade Centre include positions as Executive for both Talent Development and Recruitment & UAE National Development, as well as a Coordinator for Recruitment & UAE National Development, reflecting a strong focus on fostering UAE national talent.
