Tom Saunders

Tom Saunders is an experienced solution consultant and business analyst with a strong background in leading analytical teams and managing complex projects. Currently at Embark Group since November 2020, Tom serves as a lead analyst for significant upgrades to the FNZ platform, coordinating a team of analysts while handling detailed requirements and solution design. Previously held roles at ATEP Solutions Limited and FNZ Group involved directing analytical efforts and managing client projects. Tom's career also includes progressive positions at Standard Life Aberdeen and AXA Wealth, where responsibilities spanned requirements elicitation, data analysis, and defect resolution on third-party systems. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from The Open University.
