Kim O'Connor

Kim O'Connor is an experienced audit committee chair and independent board member currently serving at Embark since September 2023. Previously, Kim was an independent board member at Horizon Technology Finance Corporation for a brief period in early 2023, and held various leadership roles at Grant Thornton LLP from 2004 to 2022, including Office Managing Partner for the Boston office and SEC Audit Partner. Kim's earlier career includes a partnership at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
