Karen N. Prange

Karen N. Prange possesses extensive experience in board governance and advisory roles across various organizations in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as a board member for embecta, Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, WSAudiology, AtriCure, Inc., and Nevro, in addition to roles as an EQT Industrial Advisor at EQT Group and as a strategic advisor at Nuvo Cares until April 2023. Prior involvement includes a board member position at Cantel Medical and a membership with C200 until December 2021. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, attained between 1982 and 1986.
