Jeff Kendig has over 12 years of direct investment experience in early stage and lower middle market businesses. Bravos Capital is an opportunistic investment platform with particular interest in the following industries: business services, technology services, and consumer products. Bravos is an active investor in the emerging cannabis industry with a primary focus on ancillary products/services as well as consumer products. Jeff leads the evaluation of investment opportunities, structures transactions and works with management teams to develop and execute operational and growth strategies. He has extensive responsibilities for day-to-day portfolio company management, including crafting long-term strategy, analyzing threats & opportunities, identifying operating efficiencies, cash flow management, and other general management roles. He is a current or former board member of seven different companies in a variety of industries. Prior to Bravos Capital, Mr. Kendig worked at Caltius Equity Partners and Kayne Anderson Private Investors. He received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he was a Venture Fellow, and his BA, Cum Laude, in Economics and Italian from Middlebury College. While at UCLA Anderson, he won the Knapp Venture Competition as well as the Draper Fisher Jurvetson business plan competition.
