Pamela Krist-Crosby

Pamela Krist-Crosby serves as the Executive Director of Emerge Ministries Inc. since May 2019, where the organization provides counseling and soul-care services globally. In addition, Krist-Crosby has held the position of Senior Director of COMPASS: the Center for Calling & Career since May 2015, leading a team dedicated to aiding students in launching their futures. As a co-founder of TEAMING LIFE since January 2009, Krist-Crosby focuses on enriching collaboration in various settings through teaching and published works. Previously, Krist-Crosby directed COMPASSConnections and Academic Services while also serving as an Adjunct Professor. With a background in life coaching and ministry leadership, Krist-Crosby possesses a Master of Arts in Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from Southeastern University.
