Darrell Odell

Darrell Odell is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in managing end-user services and infrastructure across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure End User Services at Emergent BioSolutions since March 2019, Darrell oversees support services for over 3,500 users across multiple sites. Previous roles include Director of IT End User Services Americas at Verifone, Sr. IT Director at HCA, and IT Director at S1, where Darrell demonstrated expertise in team leadership, technology roadmap formulation, and service desk revitalization. Darrell holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a BS in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
