Amy Bjork

Amy Bjork, CSM, is a Senior Learning and Organizational Development Specialist at Emergent Holdings since December 2022. Previous positions include Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Service Express, Leadership Development Facilitator at Comcast, and Senior Project Manager/District Manager at Jack in the Box. Amy also served as Regional Training Manager for the East Coast at Argo Tea and Director of Guest Relations and Employee Training at Eataly. Early in their career, Amy worked in various educational roles, including as an Elementary School Teacher and Educational Marketing Consultant. Amy holds an MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University and a BS in Dietetics from the University of Delaware, complemented by studies at Università per Stranieri di Siena.
