Kyle Roach

Kyle Roach is an experienced project and program manager currently serving as PMO Manager at Emergent Holdings since April 2020. In this role, Kyle leads the Project Management Office team, focusing on strategic SWAT initiatives and generating performance metrics for an information and technology services provider in the insurance sector. Key contributions include leading the Return to Office program, developing a strategic 3-year Program Office roadmap, managing a Covid-19 response team, and acting as an Agile Coach. Previous roles include Program Manager at Jackson and Project Manager at AF-Group, Sparrow Health System, Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, DISH Network, and Auto-Owners Insurance, accumulating extensive experience in Agile methodologies, infrastructure solutions, team development, and project lifecycle management.
