Jon Shepard

Jon Shepard is the current Chief Operating Officer at Emergent, a position they have held since May 2019. Prior to Emergent, Jon was the Director at The Global Development Incubator from December 2008 to February 2019. In this role, Jon was responsible for building startups and partnerships to address some of the world's toughest global development challenges. From July 2005 to December 2018, Jon Shepard was a Director at EY in the Enterprise Growth Services division. In this role, Jon provided consulting services to Accenture from March 1998 to July 2005.

Jon Shepard attended the University of Southampton where they studied philosophy and politics. Jon then attended the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst before attending the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.
