Benoist Apparu

Benoist Apparu serves as Président of Emerige since January 2022 and has been the Maire of Ville Châlons-en-Champagne since March 2014. From August 2017 to December 2021, Benoist Apparu held the position of Président du Directoire de in'li, a prominent provider of intermediate housing in the Île-de-France region. Benoist Apparu's political career includes serving as a Deputy for the Marne in the Assemblée nationale from June 2007 to June 2017 and as Minister chargé du Logement from June 2009 to May 2012. Prior roles encompass Deputy Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Cohesion Sociale from June 2002 to May 2007 and Chef de cabinet in the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Cooperation. Benoist Apparu holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, completed between 1987 and 1992.
