Howard Bell

Howard Bell, III is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as a Dial Fellow at Emerson Collective since November 2023, Howard has also been the Chief Executive Officer at Abl since April 2020. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Higher Education Student Success and General Manager at Hobsons, and Director/SVP of Higher Education North America Operations at Study Group. In addition, Howard has held significant positions at the American Bar Association, Kaplan, and Scholastic, focusing on business development, revenue growth, and strategic initiatives.
