Amy Cosgrove

Amy Cosgrove has a diverse background in customer service and leadership roles, currently serving as a Contractor at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions since June 2021 and as a Customer Support Consultant at Scentsy since July 2019. In addition, Amy established and has been the President of Cosgrove since October 2006. Previously, Amy held positions as a Customer Service Specialist at Woodgrain Millwork and a Customer Service Representative at ProTeam and Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions from August 2001 to December 2017. Amy's educational background includes certification as an Airline/Travel Specialist from IAHA Schools and further studies at the University of Phoenix.
