Nancy Loadman

Nancy Loadman, MA, is an experienced professional in customer education and learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Customer Education at Eminence Organic Skin Care since June 2021. Loadman has a rich background that includes roles such as Customer Education Design and Delivery Manager, Learning and Development Specialist at Text to Transformation, and a Facilitator/Presenter in freelance capacities since 1992. Prior experience includes managing education initiatives for Collaborative Divorce Vancouver, serving as a Business Instructor at Vancouver Career College, and overseeing operations for Alyson Jones & Associates. Loadman holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, a Provincial Instructor Diploma from Vancouver Community College, and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from Queen's University.
