Luma Moreira

Luma Moreira is an experienced professional in customer experience management and educational program development, currently serving as the Performance Manager for South Europe at Emma – The Sleep Company, where responsibilities include analyzing and enhancing Customer Experience KPIs for the Portuguese and Spanish markets. Previous roles at Emma include Learning and Knowledge Manager and Junior Learning and Transformation Manager, where Luma was instrumental in implementing a Learning Management System impacting over 800 agents and designing onboarding programs. Additional experience includes co-founding Bem da Terra Orgânicos, serving as a Sales Intern at Itaú Unibanco, and holding multiple positions at Pulso Empresa Júnior de Consultoria. Luma holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
