Shinsaeng Ko

Shinsaeng (Shinn) Ko is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice Provost for International Student and Scholar Services, Global Strategy & Initiatives at Emory University since August 2014. In addition, Shinsaeng holds the role of Vice President for Professional Development and Engagement at NAFSA: Association of International Educators, where responsibilities include providing leadership for professional development initiatives and contributing to the association's governance as a member of the Board of Directors. Previous positions include Senior Associate Director at the University of Pennsylvania, and Immigration and Policy Research Officer/Consultant at Western Michigan University. Shinsaeng’s career also includes serving as Coordinator for Scholar Services/Advisor at Wayne State University. Shinsaeng holds a Master of Science in Management-Organizational Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
