Jerry McGarey

Jerry McGarey is an experienced Staffing Professional with a focus on Manufacturing and Logistics project management. At EmployBridge, Inc. since February 2019, Jerry serves as Implementation Manager in the Strategic Partnership Group, overseeing the implementation of customized, client-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) for enhanced productivity and accountability in workforce management. Previously, Jerry held various roles at EmployBridge from 1993 to 2019, including Recruiter/Staff Performance Manager and Sales Representative, managing recruitment and staffing for multiple manufacturing sites. Earlier experience includes serving as Branch Manager/Sales Representative at Personnel Pool, Inc. and as a Field Geologist at Boulder Exploration Group, Inc., where Jerry managed field exploration projects in the coal industry. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder.
