Dale McMillan

Dale McMillan currently serves as a Solutions Consultant and previously held the position of Enterprise Customer Success Manager at iCIMS since September 2021. Prior to this, Dale worked at Accenture from February 2020 to August 2021 as a Solutions Analyst, focusing on custom document needs for Diamond Accounts within Mortgage Cadence. Dale's experience also includes a role as Enterprise Business Development representative at Salesforce from July 2019 to December 2019, where the focus was on cultivating new business relationships with Fortune 500 companies. Earlier, Dale contributed to Adobe as a Corporate Recruiter and Talent Partner from June 2017 to June 2019, specifically for the Marketo commercial sales organization following its acquisition by Adobe. Dale holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Fitness and Exercise Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
