Kassidy Mattingly

Kassidy Mattingly is an Enablement Specialist and Project Coordinator at Jobvite since June 2022, where responsibilities include analyzing systems to enhance best practices and leading the improvement of HR onboarding processes. As a Non-Profit Consultant with Orr Fellowship, Kassidy has developed actionable strategies to enhance social media presence for non-profit organizations. In addition to being an Orr Fellow, Kassidy emphasizes personal and professional development through various initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a bartender/server at Kilroys Bar and Grill, a Human Resources Intern at Robert Dietrick Co., and a Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Robin Niehaus. Kassidy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2022.
