Keller Strother is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral health, education, and real estate. As Co-Founder and Senior Advisor at Empower Community Care since 2016, Keller has contributed to the organization's leadership in distributing evidence-based programs globally. In 2004, Keller co-founded Evidence-Based Associates, focusing on high-fidelity implementation of evidence-based programs. Since 1996, Keller has held roles as Co-Founder, Director, and Former CEO of MST Services, which provides critical interventions for at-risk youth, and as Co-Founder and Executive Director of the MST Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to Multisystemic Therapy. Additional ventures include co-founding BTS2, LLC for real estate management and Open Fields Technology, an early-stage web services provider. Keller's career began in engineering roles at Johnson Controls, CRS Sirrine, EPRI, and Schlumberger, following a robust educational background that includes degrees from Stanford University and Duke University.
