Beth Flanagan

Beth Flanagan is an experienced leader in the financial services sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Empower since January 2015. Previously, Flanagan worked at Putnam Investments as a Relationship Manager for Corporate Retirement Plans from September 2011 to January 2015, where responsibilities included managing large market client relationships and developing strategic plans. Prior to that, Flanagan was a Senior Vice President at Fidelity Investments from September 1997 to August 2011, overseeing the NetBenefits web platform and leading initiatives that resulted in significant operational savings. Flanagan's career at Fidelity began in 1987, progressing from Director of Corporate Communications to Manager in the Personal Investments Company.
