Tim Field

Tim Field is a seasoned education strategy and management consultant with extensive experience in supporting K-12 education organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Empower Schools, Tim Field has also provided strategic consulting to state education organizations and school districts since January 2019. Previously, Tim Field worked as a Consulting Manager at Public Impact, where project work focused on expanding access to quality school options, and as Regional Director of Growth & Sustainability at KIPP Foundation, overseeing the establishment of high-performing charter schools. Tim Field’s career includes roles as Deputy Chief of the Office of Charter, Partnership and New Schools in the School District of Philadelphia, and as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Tim Field holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Neuroscience from Oberlin College.
