Phyllis Willis, LMSW, is an experienced therapist currently providing telehealth therapy at Empowering Minds Resource Center since June 2022 and serving as a social worker at the Maryland Center for Veterans Education and Training (MCVET) since January 2020, offering extensive case management to veterans in Maryland.
