Megan Allen is an experienced professional with a strong background in client services and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at EMSAR since December 2020, Megan has previously held significant positions at Gila Corporation, where management of a $70M client portfolio was central to a role focused on growth and retention. As VP of Client Services at both Rainmaker Systems and TRG, Megan generated revenue and maintained client satisfaction, while also creating client service organizations.
