Megha Lal

Megha Lal currently serves as the Head of People Success at Emversity since July 2024. Prior to this role, Megha worked as the Director of HR at Unacademy from June 2021 to July 2024, overseeing people practices for various new businesses including Graphy and PrepLadder. Megha's experience also encompasses a position as Assistant Vice President - HR at IndusInd Bank, where responsibilities included corporate hiring and HR analytics, and as Manager HR at ACC Limited, focusing on talent acquisition and performance management. Earlier internships at prominent companies such as Heinz India and L'Oréal further contributed to Megha's extensive HR expertise. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from St. Xavier College, Ranchi.
