Bailey Kaufman

Bailey Kaufman, P.Eng., is a seasoned professional in energy conservation and project management with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Energy Conservation, Policy and Strategy at Enbridge Gas since April 2017, Bailey has been instrumental in drafting regulatory evidence for the Ontario Energy Board and providing strategic advice on energy conservation programming. Previous roles included Senior Advisor for Program Evaluation and Project Analyst at Enbridge Gas Distribution, where Bailey played a key role in project risk analysis and compliance management. Earlier experience includes positions at SNC-Lavalin and Kleinfeldt Consultants Limited, focusing on project engineering, environmental assessments, and permitting coordination. Bailey holds a B.Eng. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from McGill University.
