Heidi Lipa

Heidi Lipa PMP has a robust background in project management and customer service, currently serving as a Customer Readiness Specialist at Enbridge Gas since October 2016. Throughout their tenure at Enbridge Gas, Heidi has also held the positions of Change Management Specialist, Utility Portfolio Management Specialist, and Project Manager for Product and Process Development. Prior experience at Union Gas from September 2005 to October 2016 included roles such as Contract Specialist in Contract Billing & Operational Support, Rates and Pricing Analyst, and DSM Tracking & Reporting Analyst. Earlier in their career, Heidi started as a Customer Service Representative at Union Gas from 2000 to 2001. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from Western University.
