Kathryn Gilby

Kathryn Gilby is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in partnering with operational teams across various industries. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Encirc since February 2023, Kathryn previously held the role of HR Business Partner - Operations at Accolade Wines from June 2021 to January 2023 and Site HR Business Partner at Refresco Beverages UK from January 2018 to June 2021. Notably, Kathryn supported Tesco's Distribution Centres in enhancing management capability and workplace culture. Previous roles include ER Advisor for Clarks in Europe, where Kathryn provided expert advice on employee relations and compliance, as well as various HR positions at SAP, Mitel, Peter Black Toiletries & Cosmetics, and NatWest.
