Cynthia Rahy

Cynthia Rahy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management systems and monitoring and evaluation. Currently serving as a Senior CLA Specialist at EnCompass LLC since January 2024, Cynthia has a robust freelance consulting practice since September 2016, focusing on ISO and OHSAS standards implementation. Previously, as Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager at Berytech, Cynthia contributed to M&E strategies from January 2020 to January 2024 and held key roles at War Child Holland from September 2016 to December 2019, where Cynthia led the development of M&E practices and tools. Earlier roles included Quality Manager positions at ARACO Ready Mix Concrete and AlBina, where implementation of quality management systems in compliance with ISO standards was a major focus. Cynthia holds a Master's degree in Industrial Technology from Saint Joseph University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Lebanese University.
