Sean Kelly

Sean Kelly is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist at EnCompass LLC since April 2023, with extensive experience in education research and policy analysis. Previously, at the American Institutes for Research, Sean served as a lead analyst on significant assessments such as Pakistan’s National Achievement Test, contributing to various technical reports and analyses. Sean has held key roles at Management Systems International, providing technical support for education evaluations and conducting data analysis for multiple international programs. Additional experience includes consultancy work with the World Bank Group on early grade reading initiatives and research contributions to organizations like Mercy Corps and Jesuit Refugee Service. Sean holds a Master’s Degree in Global Human Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Saint Joseph's University.
