Megan Vaughan is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within renowned restaurants. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Encore Boston Harbor since February 2023, Megan previously held the position of Executive Chef at Bourbon Steak Seattle from April 2022 to February 2023. Other notable roles include Corporate Chef at Michael Mina, Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at The Beach Club, and various positions at Wolfgang Puck Cut Steakhouse, Maketto, and Spago Maui. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Megan has demonstrated a commitment to culinary excellence throughout a diverse and progressive career.
