Sepehr Belar

Sepehr Belar has extensive experience in security and safety roles, currently serving as a Surveillance Specialist at Encore Boston Harbor since July 2023. Previously, Sepehr held positions including Security Officer and Bouncer at Big Night Entertainment Group, Response Security Officer Supervisor at Allied Universal, and Event Coordinator at Southern New Hampshire University. Other roles include Security Officer at SCIS and Job Corps, Ramp Agent at Delta Air Lines, and Firefighter with the Middlebury Fire Department. Sepehr is TIPS certified and possesses strong skills in crowd management, access control, emergency response, and customer service. Sepehr graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor's degree in Air Traffic Control in May 2023.
