Jackie Basile

Jackie Basile currently serves as Vice President and Head of Development at Encore Renewable Energy, a position held since December 2024. Previous experience includes roles at Lightstar Renewables, LLC, where Jackie held the titles of Director of Development and Development Manager from February 2022 to June 2024, and as Project Manager at Environmental Design & Research from February 2021 to January 2022, focusing on large-scale solar project management and public engagement. Additional experience includes technical writing and environmental science roles at Kleinfelder and The Chazen Companies, as well as extensive work in environmental permitting at Environmental Solutions & Innovations, Inc. and URS Corporation. Jackie began a career in environmental planning and biology at QK with relevant academic credentials from Penn State University and the Florida Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Environmental Resource Management, respectively.
