Taylor Riel

Taylor Riel, LNHA, currently serves as the Executive Director at Encore Village of Schaumburg since September 2024. Prior to this role, Taylor worked at Eden Senior Care for over four years, holding positions as Administrator and Director of Housing at Nature's Point Assisted Living, which is part of the Eden Senior Care network. Taylor's experience also includes a period as Administrator in Training at Cowboy Jacks and serving as a Server at Acqua by the Lake. Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, obtained in 2021, and completed coursework in Global Health Issues at Chiang Mai University in 2019.
