Currently serving as Director of Technical Operations at Encore Wire Corp since November 2022, Drake previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Wolf Manufacturing Company, where responsibilities included achieving EBITDA and cash flow targets. With a diverse career that includes roles such as Manager of Quality and R&D at Encore Wire Corp and Director of Business Excellence & Quality at United Copper Industries, Drake has demonstrated expertise in leading operational improvements, implementing lean manufacturing practices, and driving profitability in private equity-owned and public companies.
