Belinda Martins

Belinda Martins is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Endeavour Group since January 2023. Previous experience includes roles at ALDI Stores Australia from December 2016 to January 2023, where Belinda focused on HR and Organisational Development Projects, including a Senior Project Associate position during a 12-month expatriation in Germany. Prior to ALDI, Belinda worked at Woolworths Group as a Human Resources Specialist and at Harvey Norman as a Human Resources and Workers Compensation Officer. Belinda began their career as a Human Resource Assistant at Fujitsu Australia Limited. Academic qualifications include dual Bachelor of Business and Commerce degrees in Human Resource Management & Organisational Development and Marketing from Western Sydney University, completed from 2008 to 2011.
