James Gudgion

James Gudgion is an accomplished Program Director at Endeavour Group since September 2023, with a rich history of leadership in program integration and transformation across various organizations. Previously, James served as Head of Agency Integration at :Different, leading initiatives for traditional Property Management organizations. Notable achievements include directing the integration of Realbase into Domain Group during James's time as Head of Integration, and leading the merger of RedHill Education into iCollege Group as Integration Management Office Lead. James has also held leadership roles at Quantium, Atlassian, Fairfax Media, and Presence of IT, contributing to significant projects including the establishment of PMO organizations, corporate governance frameworks, and large-scale transitions. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from the University of West London.
