Robyn Stevens

Robyn Stevens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, employee relations, and injury management, currently serving as the Head of Injury Management at Endeavour Group since October 2022. In this role, Robyn provides strategic leadership for workers' compensation and injury management, developing the Group Workers Compensation Strategy to benefit both injured team members and the business. Previous positions include Manager of People Advisory and Senior Employee Relations Advisor at Endeavour Group, and Director of Human Resources at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, where Robyn led cultural transformation and change management initiatives. Robyn's career spans several roles at Bunnings, where expertise in employee relations and injury management was further honed, along with a legal placement at BTLawyers, focusing on personal injury claims. Robyn holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of International Development from La Trobe University.
