Shaun Chapman

Shaun Chapman is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and people management, currently serving as Senior People Partner at Endeavour Group since March 2022. In this role, Shaun collaborates closely with various leaders including the Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager of Accelerators, overseeing areas such as marketing strategy, sustainability, and customer insights. Prior to Endeavour Group, Shaun held the position of Group People & Culture Manager at W. Short Hospitality and served as People & Culture Partner for the Royal Hotels Group, where Shaun developed a new HR operating model. Shaun's career also includes significant HR roles at Hilrok Hotel Group and earlier positions in the food and beverage and administration sectors.
