Matt Heiser

Matt Heiser, Ed.D., serves as the Associate Dean of Students and Adjunct Faculty at Endicott College since May 2021, and previously held the position of Director of Residence Life. Prior to this, Matt was the Associate Director of Housing & Residential Life at Wentworth Institute of Technology, co-managing a large residential life program and overseeing a team of Resident Directors. With earlier experience as a Resident Director in various institutions, including MIT and Suffolk University, Matt has demonstrated a strong background in student affairs and residential life management. Matt holds a Doctor of Education from Northeastern University and has a Master of Education in Administration of Higher Education from Suffolk University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Economics from Gettysburg College. Additionally, Matt served as Vice President and Emergency Medical Technician at East Allen Township Volunteer Ambulance Corps from 2003 to 2011.
