Promise Phelon is an accomplished entrepreneur and venture capital leader, currently serving as the Founder and Managing Partner of Growth Warrior Capital, a venture firm dedicated to supporting innovative Enterprise AI companies. Phelon brings extensive experience as a Business Mentor at Endless Frontier Labs, advising early-stage science and technology startups. Previously, Phelon has held advisory roles for high-growth companies and authored "The Way of the Growth Warrior," sharing insights on business scalability. As the former CEO of TapInfluence, Phelon led a successful exit to IZEA and drove significant revenue growth at JazzHR as Chief Revenue Officer. Founding UpMo and The Phelon Group, Phelon capitalized on market opportunities in SaaS solutions and customer relationship management, respectively. Early career experience includes leading product marketing at BEA Systems during a period of rapid expansion. Phelon holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing from Pepperdine University and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business and Religion from Southern Methodist University.
