Yonna Welschen

Yonna Welschen possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Team Lead - Improvements at Ampelmann Operations since October 2015, where roles have also included Project Manager - Fleet Improvements and Operations Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at Allseas as an Assistant R&D Engineer and a Trainee, as well as a teaching assistant role at Delft University of Technology, where Yonna taught Statics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Offshore Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology, complemented by a minor in Software Development and Engineering. Additional leadership experience includes serving as a full-time board member in External Affairs for Gezelschap Leeghwater and representation on the faculty student board at TU Delft.
