Hyara Apolayo has extensive experience in sales and business management, currently serving as Jefa de Ventas Directas at Enel en Centroamérica since February 2021, where the focus is on advising customers in the adoption of renewable energy solutions. Prior roles include Commercial Business Manager at Advanced Mantenimientos Técnicos, overseeing corporate client portfolios and maintenance contracts, and Product Specialist at Tecnasa, providing consulting services and sales support for banking equipment. Earlier in the career, Hyara held positions such as Product Manager at Compulab S.A. and Product Office Manager at Advanced System Supply, managing product marketing and development. Additionally, experience includes a role as Customer Interaction Center Agent at Ericsson and an internship at the Autoridad del Canal de Panama.
