Mark Woltzen

Mark Woltzen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Global HR Governance & Services at ENERCON since August 2020. In this role, Mark oversees a department focused on promoting an equal, fair, sustainable, and transparent working environment through the use of global tools and streamlined processes. Previously, Mark held roles at ENERCON as Team Lead for HR Policies & Employee Relations and HR Specialist for Compensation & Benefits. Prior to ENERCON, Mark was Regional Sales Director at EF Education First, managing sales teams and activities in northern and eastern Germany. Mark holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Universität Osnabrück.
